Definition

An adjective is a word that describes a person, place, thing or idea.

In English:

So remember: not every adjective changes.

12. How Do I Describe Myself?

If you are describing yourself, use:

Then add an adjective.

For example:

Je suis sportif/sportive.

You can use more than one adjective.

13. Using Two Adjectives

You can connect ideas with:

et = and

For example:

This makes your description more interesting.

14. Using Three Adjectives

You can also describe yourself with three qualities.

For example:

Je suis sympathique, drôle et créatif.

Or:

Je suis calme, intelligent et sportif.

If you are female:

Je suis sympathique, drôle et créative.

The adjectives that change should agree with you.
